Kingdom

Let’s revisit this scripture again. There’s a point here that too many of us miss. We are directed to seek God and His righteousness. You are NOT directed to try to make yourself righteous. That’s a good thing, too, because it would be impossible. You cannot clean yourself up to enough become acceptable to God and He has not asked you to sanctify yourself. The direction for Kingdom seekers is to go after God, get to know Him personally, and then seek His righteousness. It is Christ’s righteousness, not yours, that opens the Kingdom to you! Place your faith in the completed work of Christ and His promise to make us new in Him.

WORDS OF LIFE:

I accept that I have been made righteous in Christ.
I am a citizen of God’s Kingdom and His child and that is all I need for success.
My needs are met because I am a joint heir with Jesus and God is my Father.
